Booking Questions
Quick answers before you pick a date.
Not quite. Sending the form gets your preferred date and time to Steve, and he will call you to confirm it or offer the closest slot that works. Nothing is locked in until you have heard from him.
Most jobs are booked within 1-3 business days. If you have a date in mind, the earlier we know the better, especially around holidays and long weekends.
Yes. We work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Sundays and public holidays are by arrangement, so give us a call if that is the only time that suits.
Always. Steve confirms the scope on the phone and you get a clear price up front. If the job needs eyes on it first, we book a free onsite quote instead.
Just call or reply to your confirmation email. We would much rather move a booking than have you sitting at home waiting on a day that no longer suits.
